1. Service Description

At Cedillo Limousine we offer hourly rides in our limousines, 20 Passenger Party Bus, MKT Limousine, 30 Passenger Party Bus, Mercedes Sprinter Limo, Cadillac Escalade ESV. Services we can cover are corporate transportation, wedding services, airport transfers, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, sport game transportation, wine tasting and a lot more.

2. Pricing and Payment Policies

At Cedillo Limousine we accept Cash, Visa, Martercard, Discover, and American Express. A deposit is required to secure the booking, typically non-refundable.The remaining balance is due before service starts. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

3. Reservation Policies

Here at Cedillo Limousine, reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability.A deposit is required to secure the reservation.and this amount is applied toward the total rental cost. Deposits are typically non-refundable.

Requests to modify the reservation, such as changes to the date, time, or vehicle type, must be made in advance.A reservation confirmation will be provided via email or other agreed communication methods, detailing the rental terms, itinerary, and vehicle details.With a minimum of 4 hours per rental.

4. Usage Guidelines

Cedillo Limousine is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all passengers. Clients must provide accurate information about the number of passengers, event type, and itinerary must be provided to avoid service disruptions.Food and beverages are allowed in the vehicle, but passengers are responsible for cleaning up any spills or messes. Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the chauffeur regarding safety or conduct.

5. Safety and Liability Policies

At Cedillo Limousine, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff are our highest priorities. These policies outline the measures we take to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience and clarify the limits of our liability.

  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Standing, walking, or Where available, passengers are encouraged or required to wear seat belts in compliance with local laws. Passengers should familiarize themselves with the location of emergency exits and equipment. Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Chauffeurs are required to adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.Drivers are trained in defensive driving techniques and emergency response procedures.Chauffeurs will stop the vehicle if passenger behavior compromises safety.
  • Clients are responsible for damages caused by passengers, including but not limited to Vandalism, broken equipment, or excessive cleaning needs. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit.
  • In the event of an accident, breakdown, or medical emergency, the chauffeur will prioritize passenger safety and contact emergency services if necessary, alternative transportation will be arranged when feasible, passengers must follow all instructions from the chauffeur during emergencies.

6. Driver and Staff Policies

At Cedillo Limousine, our drivers and staff are the backbone of our service, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients. The following policies outline the responsibilities, standards, and expectations for our team members.

  • All drivers must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with proper endorsements for operating party buses and limousines.
  • Drivers and chauffeurs must maintain a clean driving record and meet all state and local licensing requirements.
  • Staff members are required to complete any necessary certifications, such as first aid or defensive driving, as mandated by law or company policy.

  • Drivers and staff are prohibited from consuming alcohol or using drugs while on duty.Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
  • Staff must respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Sharing client information, itineraries, or personal details with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
  1. Insurance and Damage Policies

Our vehicles here at Cedillo Limousine are fully insured under a commercial liability policy that complies with all local and state requirements. This coverage protects against incidents involving our vehicles, chauffeurs, or operations.The client is responsible for any damages caused by passengers to the vehicle, its equipment, or furnishings.

Examples of chargeable damages include, but are not limited to broken windows, mirrors, or seats, damage to entertainment systems, lighting, or other fixtures, excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, or bodily fluids, smoking or vaping damages (if prohibited in the rental agreement).

Cedillo Limousine is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control and injuries or damages resulting from passenger misconduct or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Any disputes regarding damages or charges will be handled through negotiation between the client and Cedillo LimousineIf an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
